A bit about me: I’m an enterprising, resilient, and quick-to-adapt leader who has spent more than 20 years helping organizations navigate growth, transition, and crisis. My career has taken me into senior leadership, interim executive, and consulting roles with national and community-based organizations, where I’ve had the chance to stabilize multimillion-dollar operations, revitalize programs, and build teams that thrive in challenging times.

What I love most is mentoring people and strengthening organizations so they can succeed long after the immediate challenge has passed. At my core, I thrive on bringing clarity in complex situations and supporting people to adapt, grow, and achieve their mission. I’m excited to explore new opportunities in nonprofits, philanthropy, or the private sector where I can continue making a lasting impact.

A few colleagues have described me as a bit of a Mary Poppins - I can drop into a situation, quickly assess the immediate needs, and bring a few smiles to the team when situations are feeling stressful. I certainly cannot sing like Julie Andrews, but rest assured I will come fully prepared (with some baked treats or spreadsheet, likely both) to take on any challenge ahead of me.
